I started Hayley’s Lunches in 2025, turning a lifelong passion for food and cooking into something real.
After studying Food & Consumer Management at Birmingham College of Food, I hoped to go straight into the food industry. Instead, life took me in a different direction, leading me into nutrition, diet and fitness consultancy before spending 25 years in Human Resource Management.
Although it was a rewarding career, the dream of running my own food business never went away. In 2024, I took the leap and bought my food truck, spending months researching the market and understanding what customers really wanted.
Today, Hayley’s Lunches is all about fresh, homemade food made with care - with next-day delivery available straight to your door.
